Returns & Exchanges
At The Lip Bar, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on products that don't meet your expectations. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be in their original packaging and lightly used or unused.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it securely to your return package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in the original box or a similar protective mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
